1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DurjoyAI ("the Service"), including the durjoyai.com website and the DurjoyAI CLI tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DurjoyAI provides access to Anthropic's Claude Code AI assistant through a managed proxy service. We handle API key management, authentication, and billing so you can use Claude Code directly from your terminal via our CLI tool.

DurjoyAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic. We are an independent service that provides access to Anthropic's API.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use DurjoyAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API key. You must not share your API key with others.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

DurjoyAI offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through SSLCommerz.

  • Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment.
  • Billing cycles are available in monthly, half-yearly, and yearly options.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has defined usage limits including rate limits (requests per minute), token limits (tokens per minute), and budget caps. These limits are enforced automatically. Exceeding your plan's limits may result in temporary throttling or blocked requests.

We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice to accommodate changes in underlying API costs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your API key or access
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with our infrastructure
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Violate Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy when interacting with Claude
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service beyond reasonable usage patterns

8. API Keys

Your DurjoyAI API key grants access to Claude Code through our proxy. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key. If you believe your key has been compromised, regenerate it immediately from your dashboard.

We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are found to be in violation of these terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Anthropic API, Firebase, SSLCommerz) and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or outages beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DurjoyAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

Code and content you generate using Claude Code through DurjoyAI belongs to you, subject to Anthropic's terms of use. The DurjoyAI brand, website, and CLI tool are our intellectual property.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your API key will be revoked and access to paid features will cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the website or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
