Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed through SSLCommerz. We do not store your credit card or bank details. We retain transaction IDs and payment status for billing records.

Usage Data: We collect API usage metrics such as request counts, token usage, and rate limit data to manage your subscription limits.

Technical Data: We may collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and analytics purposes.

  • Google Firebase: Authentication and database storage
  • SSLCommerz: Payment processing (Bangladesh)
  • Anthropic (via LiteLLM): AI model requests are routed through our proxy. Your code prompts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do not store the content of your prompts or Claude's responses.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). API keys are hashed before storage — we do not store your full API key after initial generation.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Subscription and payment records are kept for accounting and legal compliance. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
