Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with DurjoyAI. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a refund under the conditions described below.

2. Full Refund — Within 3 Days

If you request a refund within 3 days of your purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. No questions asked.

The 3-day window is calculated from the time of the original payment transaction.

3. Prorated Refund — After 3 Days

If you request a refund after the 3-day window, you are eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your billing cycle.

The refund amount is calculated as:

Refund = Paid Amount × (Remaining Days ÷ Total Cycle Days)

For example:

  • Monthly plan (30 days). You request a refund after 10 days used. Remaining days = 20. Refund = Paid Amount × (20 ÷ 30) ≈ 66% of what you paid.
  • Yearly plan (360 days). You request a refund after 90 days used. Remaining days = 270. Refund = Paid Amount × (270 ÷ 360) = 75% of what you paid.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
  • Partial billing periods resulting from mid-cycle plan upgrades are not refundable separately — the upgrade cost is already prorated at the time of purchase.
  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via SSLCommerz and may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
